Hi Barbie No, unfortunately, the Librax doesn't seem to be doing the trick. For dinner I usually have my yogurt w/ a banana mixed in it and some sourdough bread and maybe a 1/2of a bagel. Then I don't eat again until sometime mid morning when my tummy has gone back to some kind of normalcy. I've actually thought about taking an Immodium say, after my 2nd bm just to see if it will stop the spasms. I know it won't help the nausea, but it may help the other. I kind of hate to take Immodium before I actually go, because I do want to go some in the morning as that is my usual time to go. Does that make sense? I have been off all my vitamins since last Friday and haven't noticed any significant difference there. I stopped taking my estrogen pill yesterday for a few days, to see if possibly that could be causing problems. However, I always take my vitamins/estrogen at noon, so that's way before bedtime. I've been eating a couple of saltines before bed and during the night just to keep my stomach from getting so empty, but even that hasn't done the trick. My chiropractor is still saying my scoliosis is the culprit for the IBS attacks; he said it is not food related. I'm seeing him 3x/week right now and he is working on my colon area via back to see if he can help. If all else fails, my next step will be to contact my doc and schedule a colonoscopy; it's been 7 years, so guess it's about time again. If that show up nothing, I'm thinking of going to a naturalpathic doc and see what she can come up with. Really, I am about at my wits end. Oh yes, the only other thing I haven't tried recently is to to off dairy again. Although the only dairy I really still have is yogurt. When I tried several months ago, it didn't make any difference either. so well see. I'll tell ya, this every morning nausea/cramp/spasm thingy is getting really old..... God Bless, Janene
