Hehe... you're always helpful, Barbie. At the very least, you made me remember that I've also been walking every day, so I should edit my original post to say that!
The awful thing is that I did buy a probiotic, but I've been afraid to take it. I will probably give it a try tomorrow, after my morning appointment.
No D is good. No pain is good, too. Really, I almost don't mind being C. I just know it isn't healthy.
