I do think that maybe the fact that you have been eating so little might have something to do with it. The good thing is that you are not feeling painful. YAY for no "D"....that's a good thing. Have you considered taking probiotics. I have heard people say they help make you regular. Also, do you exercise? Even a walk sometimes gets things moving. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
