It really did help me, as one of my biggest symptoms is unrelenting nausea. It stopped that. On the negative side I gained a bunch of weight from the sugar cravings. I'm not taking it anymore because I found some other meds that worked as well for me and didn't cause the food cravings. After a couple of days the weird feelings it caused went away for me though.
