Thanks, Lana_Marie. I have been slowly trying to start eating ibs safe food. I am doing well, but somethings I am having a problem giving up, like cheese or milk in tea. That is what I had. Eventually, I will be on track. I don't want to deal with this any more, if I can control it, that will put my mind at ease. I like soy a lot, so I have that going for me. It's just expensive when you have one person in the house that wants cheese and then you have to buy soy products too. We'll that was what was stopping me, until now. I get the same thing when it is that time of the month. I am told that Camimeal tea and heating packs work. We'll see I will try it soon. I hope it works. Thanks for your advice.
