Staying away from the triggers is a major milestone that takes major adjusting, but it really feels good when you finally are able to do it. Experiment with all the soy products. I used to drink the Silk Soy Milk and hated every gulp. But I have switched to So Nice and it's alot better. I haven't gotten brave enough to try the original, but I do drink the chocolate milk and it actually tastes pretty good.
The other thing is...I find when it is "that time of the month" it doesn't matter how safely I eat I still get "D" really badly. Maybe that's the problem??
Good luck, it's a tough road, but try some the recipes from the recipe board or from Heather's cook book, I swear you don't feel cheated when you bake yourself cakes, cookies etc and don't get sick from them.
