Well, last night for me consisted of, if i remember right, nine beers, four rum n cokes, a pile of excellent vietnamese food, and today am just fine.....damn i'm tired though! Let me just say that i don't normally drink much, only on occasions with friends, such as last nights birthday. It of course used to knock my poor old guts right around the next day, but am really finding that things are really changing for the better with the hypno and fibre.
......oh yeah, and even though i fell into bed at 1am, still managed to put the headphones on, and let my sub- conscious listen to the hypno, cause i sure as hell know the rest of me wasn't tuned in. How's that for diligence!?!
