It could also be what you had right before it - did you drink on an empty stomach? I know that if I drink on an empty stomach, I'm done for. I don't drink often at all, and in fact haven't had a drink in months, but if I'm going to have even a sip of something, I eat some crackers (soluble fiber!) first.
