Sonce I have been taking citracil twice a day, I don't get it as bad. I stay away from tomatoes and sauce, and only eat it at The Spaghetti Factory. I think next time I may ask for it plain with just mushrooms on top and see if that helps. This is one food I have a hard time giving up. Karen Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
