Regression?

I just wanted to get some advice from some people out there on how they deal with 'regressing' after making progress. From four years ago when I was at my worst, I had progressed slowly but well until about two years ago when I reached a steady state - not bad, not good, but managable.

Over the past three weeks though, things have gone downhill, with several episodes of D that I had rarely before. As many on the boards already know, things are changing for me right now - I'm going back to Canada to attend school from the job I'm currently working in Chicago, so the stress of everything might be contributing, but there's always that thought in the back of my mind that I might be entering a new phase that I hadn't accounted for.

Anyway, I just wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone had delt with similar circumstances. Also, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on anti-anxiety drugs - are they worthwhile to ask my doctor about? I was just thinking that given the hypothesis that the change in symptoms is caused by my upcoming move, perhaps they would be benificial?
