B12 Vitamin Shots???       07/19/04 07:02 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hey Guys, Anyone had to have vitamin b12 shots before? I was at the regular doc today and apparently my blood work came back really deficient in iron (which I already knew) and vitamin b12. They're repeating the test to make sure, but if it's still low they're saying I have to have monthly shots. I know this should really be the least of my worries, but I HATE intramuscular needles. I'm ok with bloodwork, hate the other ones. Anyone with any words of encouragement? Kelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
