Hi Su,

I know how you feel. I always fret when I have to go visit and especially fly. When I fly it is just one big gigantic anxiety party. Then I have to worry about what to eat at my friends houses. Usually, if we go out it is OK because I can find something on the menu that I can handle. It's when they want to BBQ and have potato salad with lots of onions and baked beans that I begin to worry. Usually I manage somehow by picking at my food and still end up having a good time. I have been known to take crackers & peanut butter and eat those on the sly.... ha ha I always carry tootsie rolls in my purse for emergencies.

We just have to muddle through the best we can.

It's good you went to exercise and came back feeling better.
