I have read that it is, but I looked on a package and it said that it had some soluable fiber and some dietary. Is this safe? (I am trying to eat a lot of soluable fiber.) It also, said that it had vitamin C (20%) I am taking Ester C vitamins and I don't want to consume too much C. Is this C in the applesause safe to eat?
