I know that sugar isn't a digestive tract stimulant or irritant, so I guess my question is... what could a "reaction" to sugar mean? Is a reaction to too much sugar kind of a normal thing? Or should I mention this to a doctor when I go on the 2nd, and ask to be tested for something specific?

I ate something very safe for breakfast - hot rice with sugar and vanilla. I overdid it with the sugar, but I was too lazy to remake it, so I ate it anyway. By the time I was done with the bowl, I felt sick - not nauseous, exactly, just really woozy and kind of jittery. It's been about an hour, and now I have D.

So frustrating.
