I have both symptoms& food allergy       07/17/04 12:22 PM Edit Reply Quote Sweetd Reged: 07/13/04 Posts: 782 Loc: NY I have both D&C. More so D now, but I do get C every now and then. If I eat too much soluble fiber (and a little insoluable fiber)will this bind me up? I am taking losts of herbal suppliments, so I am guessing that it won't from what I am told. Also, I am allergic to corn. I was reading a Fibercon label and it didn't say corn free. So, I stopped taking it, due to giving me D (which I thought was due to the corn maybe).
