 Sounds like the same company to me! How funny! Tomorrow, Thursday, I begin to take calls on my own! Today, we had post-training orientation and went over the quality issues and how we're rated. VERY intimidating! I'm starting out part-time and will have hysterectomy in a few weeks, so I hope to use my recuperation time to study my huge manual! There's just SO much to know! But the senior manager has been wonderful to offer to make an exception for me, right off the bat, to allow me to try to qualify for permanent hire - waiving the absentee policy. So, I'm going to go in about an hour early each day, on my own time, to sit in with an experienced rep to hear how he handles the calls - just to get a little extra training on call quality before I take off.
I can't thank you enough for the web link - hope I don't have to use it, but nice to have. Praying for you to heal so that you CAN work! And praying for understanding and compassion from your boss and co-workers.
