You may have heard them by the words acidolphilus and bifidus. Or at the very least, get some soy yogurt with live active cultures to start. Here is some info on probiotics. web page Take the probiotic with every meal as long as you are on the antibiotic. Some say take on an empty stomach but I've taken both ways and don't notice a difference. They need to get in your gut regardless of the timing.
