Hopefully this doesn't sound too wierd, but I have noticed if I have too much soy product(s) in a day, my breasts get real tender. Also my breasts get real tender a whole 10 days before my menstrual cycle and I was never like that before.
My nutrionist told me that you can get too much soy. She said having three servings a day repeatedly CAN be harmful! I am going to cut way back on soy, as I have previously already had dysplasia (PRE-cancer) cells on my cervics. Soy does effect your hormones. I think there needs to waaaaay more info given to the general public about how much is safe and healthy. And how much is too much. The Mayo Clinic has a great website, by the way.
