Lots of their food is deep-fried. It is a good source of ginger though if you can find the right combinations. Beware of how thier cooking stuff and of lots of broccoli - it holds up well in deep frying so it's used in alot of thier meals. I was also really close freinds with one of thier head cooks at one point. They mix thier ginger for stir fries with garlic, so anyone who has problems with garlic won't do well with thier ginger. To Minnie - I'm glad the restaraunt worked for you and it seems they have some foods that are safe for us, but I'm just warning against a blanket endorsement!
