I just wanted to say that I just started the new IBS diet after recently being diagnosed with IBS. I found a great restaurant chain though that I can eat at and it is a favorite with all my family and friends. Texas Roadhouse! They offer baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, and rice as side dishes as well as grilled chicken and salmon steaks! Plus, the rolls are to die for!
