Uggghhhhh I was doing so great!!!!!       07/08/04 12:00 PM Edit Reply Quote Mitch Reged: 02/06/04 Posts: 170 Loc: Tucson, AZ I was doing so great until yesterday. I don't know what happened. It seems like I can go two weeks and then I have an attack. I have been eating very IBS friendly food I think the only thing I can think of that was different was the soy cheese that I had bought. I did look at the ingridents to make sure I could have it. Well I guess not. That is just so frustrating to think that you are doing good until.... its hits again. I know it will never go away but it would be nice if I could go longer but maybe there will be sometime when I can go at least a month. But I just keep going one day at a time. Well I just needed to get that out and this is such a great place to get things out on because everyone is so supportive and that is why I love this website so much.
