Boy, do I sympathize with you! That kind of temptation is just too difficult for anyone; it's more than a person should have to tolerate. I am SOOOOOO sorry for you. And do I ever know what you're going through, oh yeah!

Do you have any Equalactin? Actually, now it's really too late for that. You need an antispasmodic. Got any of Heather's peppermint caps? No? Okay, how about Hyoscyamine? No? Gee, what about the Big Guns (Donnatal)? I wouldn't normally recommend it, but for an emergency, it's a Godsend.

I know this isn't gonna help you at the moment, but after this attack passes, I think it will: the pain you're experiencing will serve to help keep you from ever doing it again. Truly, the next time you look at a chocolate chip cookie, your tummy will start to rumble, the subconscious mind trying to keep you safe, remembering the pain that little bit of cookie dough did to you today -- and you'll pass on it.

My recommendation is the usual: soak in a hot bath, then curl up in bed with a heating pad on your tummy, some Ginger Aid tea and a trashy novel. Sleep it off, Girlfriend.
