The angel food cake incident was... hmm, about a week ago. Well before I had any idea that eggs might bother me. In fact, I had kind of thought that it was just "too sugary" - which didn't make any sense, considering I eat a decent amount of sugar every day, but I didn't now what else to blame. And yeah, no "attack" in that I didn't have D or cramping, just nausea.
I also ate a great big chunk of it the morning of the day I went to visit my mother. I had D that evening, despite eating a very IBS-safe dinner... but that could have been nerves, too, so I'm still not entirely counting that incident.
It was a boxed mix. I don't remember the brand, but I had checked all the labels and made sure I got one that was dairy-derivative-free. I think they all contain egg products, though, don't they? That's kind of an integral part of angel food cake. 
I don't know. I still haven't completely ruled out the FiberChoice, only because I still haven't felt 100% yet. I *do* have wicked PMS though, and I want to wait till that's over with to test the SFS... one variable at a time, or I get confused. LOL
