Hi Casey,

You said, "The lone exception I can think of is angel food cake... and although it didn't trigger an attack, I couldn't even finish the slice because I felt so sick eating it." It didn't trigger an attack, yet you felt sick eating it? Is that because you were worried about the egg whites?

What kind of angel food cake was it? I mean, was it a box mix or did you make it from scratch? What are the ingredients on that box mix? That would be suspect.

Egg whites, eh? Interesting.....
