Yes, all oatmeal is fine. I think the instant kind, though, is not. You might try a search, because I know this was discussed previously, a think a few months ago.
Wheat is a problem for most people with IBS; I'm pleased to say it is not for me, and it's the only kind of bread I ever eat. In fact, as we speak, I'm baking Shanna's incredible banana bread with whole wheat flour and oatmeal. Ooooooh, I wish computers had "smell-o-net"!
