Its been awhile since I have posted so I decided it was time. I have been doing pretty good. The last time I wrote I said I hadn't had an attack in over 2 weeks well that Friday I went out to eat with the office at Olive Garden and I had the Chicken Fettucine (what a mistake that was) it was really good but...... I sure paid for it later. I was up most of the night with D. But after that I decided no more. Since then which has been almost two weeks I haven't had an attack and I have been eating really good. My trainer and I have really started to use the book and it is wonderful. We keep trying new receipes which is fun. The receipes that we have tried have been wonderful. My favorite so far is the Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread. That is soooo good. My trainer even loved it. He actually likes eating like this. Which I like because its nice to have someone on my side. Since I have started eating better I am also losing weight. I lost 6 pounds in a little over a month. That is alot for me. I haven't lost any weight in such a long time that it felt great to see that weight loss.
