I know i'm quite young but I actually smoked since I was 14.. I only started smoking real bad after I went away to college and where my parents couldn't find out.. regardless.. I finally quit last october and couldn't be happier.. sure sometimes I still want one, but not bad enough to actually start smoking.. Anyways, I could NEVER quit cold turkey.. I never really even wanted to quit..I had no motivation to try. Basically my boyfriend at the time (vinnie) hated it and put up with it for a year, so I figured ehhh, i'd try to quit. I bought the patch and randomly decided.. TOMORROW I'M PUTTING THIS PATCH ON.. and that was it. I had about one rough day TOPS.. the patch seriously makes it so easy.. although I know that for some people it doesn't.. but it is definitly worth trying beause it was a lifesaver for me. -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
