I wish I could find something to calm my nerves about it. I worry when events are coming up that I'm going to be sick and then what happens? I get sick from worrying. The Librax I'm taking has a slight sedative in it, but so slight that it is not relieving the nerves like I thought it would. Yea, I know, giving up the coffee thing is soooooo hard. My husband drinks it every morning and it is so hard to resist. I always think, "Oh, just a little can't hurt." Thanks for all of the advice. I think I basically "overdosed" on fiber in order to have a BM after 4 or 5 days and really payed the price for three days after.
