I, too, would suggest you go back to therapy since that helped you before. I also suffer from panic attacks...not quite as severe as yours...and I am on Librax (an anti-anxiety and stomach relaxing med) and I take Xanax only once in a while when I have a bad panic attack. A lot of the people on this board take these meds. Medication is only one other alternative for your problem but I would suggest not taking them unless nothing else works...and only after consulting with your doctor.
