If you're going to have a glass, make sure you at least eat a piece of bread first. I can tolerate wine AFTER dinner, but not before. White wine doesn't bother me at all (unless I drink too much of it!!!), but sometimes red does. I think it has more sulfites in it which can upset your tummy. Be careful!
