Look at it this way: you want your colon CLEANED OUT when they go up there with the camera. Right? RIGHT! So just down it. You can hold your nose as you're swallowing (while thinking of happy thoughts of other things besides what's going down your throat), then follow it up immediately with a glass of lemonade. Just remember: "Clean The Colon!" You want to do this. Bev P.S.: Enjoy tomorrow. Those drugs are FABULOUS!
