When my daughter-in-law gets the symptoms it lasts several days and gradually goes away. Taking tylenol and heating pad helps her. For some reason she gets it sometimes when she has been driving on a long trip.. Maybe the muscles involved in holding the steering wheel for a long period of time and the posture when driving could stress those muscles.
