My Dr. said fiber tablets are not as good as the powder. I tend to do better with a big scoop of powdered citrucel clear with water at bedtime. Sorry you mentioned you couldn't take citrucel. But any powder fiber is better then pills. I guess it makes us drink more water with it. Hope you feel better soon.
