Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you!

Examples of insoluble fiber are whole grain breads, vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, leaf salad, etc. and fruits. On this web site, Heather has a list of insoluble fiber foods and suggestions on how to incorporate them in your diet (I would insert the link here but I haven't done it before and I have to leave for work!).

What I do is have insoluble fiber immediately after eating a meal based on soluble fiber (rice, potatoes, pasta, etc.)
Ie: Breakfast - Oatmeal with Bananas (soluble) and some, not alot chopped raisins (insoluble). Lunch - Pasta, Chicken and some spinach, Dinner - Rice, Chicken and salad with low fat dressing.

I'll check back in later this evening - hope you have a great day!

Kim

P.S. Don't be afraid of the fiber supplements. Although everyone is different, I started with Citrucel once a day and worked up to 3 times a day with not problems.
