Hi! Welcome to the board. I think any major change in diet is going to come as a bit of a shock to your body, especially if you were on a restricted diet before. You could just leave out the bread for now, and go for other safe staple foods like rice, oatmeal, pasta and cornmeal.Are you taking a soluble fiber supplement? This should help as well. I'm sure lots of other people will chip in with more advice that I can think of right now, everyone is very supportive so keep posting. Sarah
