Sheri, why don't you take your Acacia before dinner instead of so late at night? I think most of us take it first thing in the morning and again just before dinner -- don't we?
Just a suggestion, but it kinda makes sense to have the SFS in your tummy before eating, as a "cushion."
And, hey, if you can sleep all nite long without having to pee, you go girl! I don't know why I get up all night long, but it irritates me because sometimes I can't get back to sleep. Once my mind starts working, I'm up! So I have to quickly run to the pot, do my business, quickly wash my hands (very fast because the cold water wakes me up), and quickly run back to bed -- all the while half asleep. And then do that every 2 hours! ARGH!
On the other hand, I do like taking my probiotic in the middle of the night. So, what the hey, quit my complainin', eh?
