Of course I do! Well, it depends. Either I am up like five or six times to pee, or I can make it through the night. I have been trying to get the bulk of my water in earlier in the day to avoid this, but maybe I'll drink up more before bed to ensure I do, or set my alarm until I can get myself in the habit. I take acacia at ten oclock, I guess that's enough time, but maybe I'll start taking it alittle earlier to make sure. I still need to buy the jarro, just doing homework first.
I can't beleive my frequent urination could come in handy for something!
I barely make it through an hour or two at work with out peeing. My boyfriend says that I have the bladder of a squirrel.
I used to have such a horrible time on road trips in the past, I would starve myself for the IBS, and dehydrate myself for the bladder!
