My tummy is pretty much its emptyist then. Sound strange? Not so much. I always get up to go pee in the middle of the night -- ALWAYS. So I keep 2 capsules next to my water glass on my nightstand. Then, when I stumble out of bed at midnight, go pee, come back, take a sip of water, I pop my Jarro. Don't you get up in the middle of the night too?
