bev, You said to take a probiotic on an empty stomach, but I never have a completely empty stomach! I split all my daily requirements up through out the day so I never go too long between eating. I tend to be hypoglycemic, and I get really irritable, dizzy, and fatigued when I go too long without food. I take fiber first thing in the morning, and right before bed at night. I couldn't take it with that, could I? I tend to eat later at night, because I always have such a hectic schedule, I usually don't get home til 8:00 or 9:00 at night, after leaving at 7:45 in the morning! Are there a certain number of hours I would be safe waiting? I may be able to squeeze it in during the day. Does it matter if I take it at varied times? (I think you already answered that, I am not sure)
