Soy sauce works for me. Fake butter and a little onion powder and oregano is another way I jazz it up.
On bread, fake butter, a LITTLE peanut butter, honey, wild blueberry preserves, any kind of jam or jelly really, apple butter, maple syrup.
For sandwiches, poached chicken breast, tuna packed in water with a little fake mayo, real roast turkey breast from the deli counter.
