As soon as I saw this posted, I had to run right to the kitchen and try it. So tasty! For anyone else getting ready to try it, it's more spice-cake like than chocolatey... I think I'm going to add some ground ginger the next time I make it. Oh yum! The batter makes good muffins, too. (I only have 1 loaf pan, heh.) Muffins take about 15-20 minutes. Did I say YUM!?
