This is my first post although I have been reading the board for about a month now. Special thanks to Heather, I have both of your books and they have helped me get my life back. Right now I have a loaf of your great-great grandmothers chocolate applesauce bread in the oven and have enjoyed a variety of great tasting food pain free! It seems that table sugar does not agree with me and most of the recipes in your book are still good with reduced or no sugar.
Also special thanks to the other regular boarders like Barbie and Laura Sue - anytime I ran in to trouble (like reintroducing insoluble fiber to my diet) all I had to do was review the message board to find the suggestions I needed. Just wanted you all to know how grateful I am.
