Anyone here with hypoglycemia???       06/16/04 02:26 PM Edit Reply Quote StephS Reged: 09/11/03 Posts: 2123 I have this and it has gotten worse. I need to cut sugar out but also the hypoglycemic diet wants you to cut out white flour. I'm trying to decied how to do this with Heathers diet. The other diet focuses on whole grain and no sugar...use sugar subs if needed. So now I'm not sure what to do. I feel torn because both IBS and hypoglycemia are big factors in how I feel.
