Re: barbie and Xanax       06/16/04 10:49 AM Edit Reply Quote hslib Reged: 11/23/03 Posts: 55 Loc: VA I take Librax daily for my IBS and find it helps, but when I have really bad anxiety days, I still have attacks. Did you have to see a different dr. to get the Xanax? I've taken it before when I had some surgery go bad and ended up in the emergency room. They gave it to me for about a week to calm me down. It really helped. I have the type of personality that worries about everything. Even getting excited about an event triggers my IBS and then I can't get out of the bathroom.
