Cookies       06/11/04 10:10 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered They are supposedly cinnamon wafers but I find they smell like a ginger cookie and don't taste bad but I would find it hard to believe you would go crazy on them. Make sure you are used to the Metamucil first before you take them. A pack has 2 cookies in it and each cookie is equal to 1 scoop of dry Metamucil. If you take approx 3 scoops a day (one scoop 3 times a day) it equals about 10 grams of soluable fiber in case anyone was wondering. PS. I am returning my unopened bottle of matamucil pills tomorrow and with the refund can buy 3 more boxes of the waffers!!! I'm going to try the other flavour tomorrow which I think is an apple.
