I did a post about a week ago asking if anyone was taking Metamucil and a lot of people replied to that so you might want to check it out.

Anyways... I take the powder that I bought at Superstore and I also bought my pill and cookies there. I found that the pills are expensive considering the amount you have to take and the price of the bottle plus I found it hard to figure the same ration as the powder i'm taking. So instead of pill now when I want a break from the powder I take the cookies. I can keep them in my purse and always have them around and it works out well for me plus I don't mind the cinnamon ones. I pretend i'm having a treat and it's great if you do take out. You can eat a cookie and drink the water on your way home instead of doing the whole mix thing or waiting till you get home.

I like the orange powder and cookies and find they really help me better than other SFS plus in Canada we don't sell some of the SFS that the states have.
