I do       06/11/04 04:02 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I did a post about a week ago asking if anyone was taking Metamucil and a lot of people replied to that so you might want to check it out. Anyways... I take the powder that I bought at Superstore and I also bought my pill and cookies there. I found that the pills are expensive considering the amount you have to take and the price of the bottle plus I found it hard to figure the same ration as the powder i'm taking. So instead of pill now when I want a break from the powder I take the cookies. I can keep them in my purse and always have them around and it works out well for me plus I don't mind the cinnamon ones. I pretend i'm having a treat and it's great if you do take out. You can eat a cookie and drink the water on your way home instead of doing the whole mix thing or waiting till you get home. I like the orange powder and cookies and find they really help me better than other SFS plus in Canada we don't sell some of the SFS that the states have. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
