I also think it might help to consider some medication for your ibs/pain/bloating/gas etc. Yes, I KNOW they have side effects, but all medications work differently in different people.
And truly, from what I have read too, it sounds like things can't get much worse for you than they already are, so it IS worth a try. Sure, they may not help or work but girl, you will never know unless you give it a shot.
I also agree with Gayla about the antidepressants. I am on them, just recently started, and they help a lot. You may have a chemical imbalance that is not your fault, or maybe you just need a little boost to help you cope with the other issues.
