Good luck and if you have any questions that I can help you with you can e-mail me or post something but try to have my name on it. Sometimes I don't look at everything. Though I do have a lot of time at the moment to look at the board and answer questions. Hmmmm. Without this board at the moment I would be very bored though I am popping into my volunteer work for a open house cause it moved while I was having surgery. Ha what I do to get out of helping people move.

One of the things that I forgot to mention that really helped me was to bring my disk man on vacation with me and I took it to the hospital too but I have it set up with speakers in my bedroom and have a classical music cd with ocean sounds playing. If I just want to relax I play it once. If i'm stressed I put it on repeat and fall asleep listening to it. It's not loud but just loud enough. It really helps subconciously. I wake up less bitchy and find that on a whole I am way more relaxed and in a better mood. I play it every night and I have several but I make sure they are the relaxing positive type ones not a lot of piano banging.

If I need to relax on my way to work I liste to Nora Jones and the rest of the time I admit I listen to Hip hop. Music affects us more that you could imagine!

And yes I am a very funny girl and my family calls me strange but I think it's cause they are so strange being boring sticks in the mud. But don't tell my mom and sister that I said that.
