I have anxiety/panic attacks during the day. I am on medication which has helped alot, chances are you will not be allowed to take any when you become pregnate. I have also been using Michael's cds. I have read many books on the subject right now I am reading "The Monster in the Cave how to face your fear and anxiety and live your life", by David Mellinger, MSW and Steven Jay Lynn, Ph.D. I've also read Conquering Panic & Anxiety Disorders", by Jenna Glatzer. I have come across two schools of thought when it comes to treating anxiety, by not using drugs, just conseling methods and those who believe in both drugs and conseling methods. You have to decide which school you want to use, right now it seems you are limited to the "no drugs" school. Do research at the library. I know the Jenna Glatzer book had several websites to visit. I read the word panic came from the negative reactions caused by Pan, the Greek god 1/2 man 1/2 goat appearently he liked to startle and scare people. I know imagen myself kicking him in the rear-end whenever I have an attack! If you find anything that really helps you PLEASE post it so I can see it. I am always willing to give anything a try!
