Ginger crystals       06/07/04 04:47 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I just wrote a post to AtomicRose that the crystals are not as strong as the supplements that they sell in the health food stores. Buscopan is for both IBS D&C. And if you are weird like me I get sores in my mouth from ginger if I don't take it in capsules. Though I am the only person that I know of who this happens too. I did have a chunk for peeled cut up giner root and put it on the oven to boil then simmer with water and drank that as my tea. Also I used a brand of tea called "Traditional Medicinal" that is a higher grade and stronger than most teas. I often use the sleepy time one, and eater's digest (peppermint, fennnel, and lots of other good stuff for us is in them). You can get them at almost any grocery store and often there are coupons in them for future purchases. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
